Overcome (Single)

Overcome is the fourth and final single from Stands on Sapphires’ upcoming double album, Anhedonia: Death & Resurrection. All three band members agree it’s their favourite song on the album. Raw, powerful, and unrelenting, Overcome is an anthem for anyone who wants to feel empowered to rise above and live on purpose. With soaring melodies, crushing riffs, and a message of defiance in the face of struggle, this track is a battle cry for those who refuse to be defeated.

As the last song of the album as a whole, Overcome trails off and and ends exactly where the “Death” side of the album begins, making the journey cyclical. Perfectly placed, Overcome has the final word on the project as a whole. The needed ending to a new beginning.
